Foreclosure Prevention Options Offered by the Obama Administration

HOUSING COUNSELING SERVICES

ACHA’s Housing Counseling program offers a full range of services to individuals and families designed to assist them in resolving their housing-related issues and to help them to understand the responsibilities of tenancy and homeownership.

ACHA clients work with certified housing counselors to thoroughly review the situation and together design an action plan to solve the problem at hand. Through this process, counselors give their clients available options to choose from and then let the client select he option best-suited for their unique househould circumstances.
