Board Members

Members of the Board are appointed by the Adams County Commissioners and serve staggered terms. The Board currently consists of six voting members. The Board is responsible for fiscal oversight and for establishing the policies of the Authority.

Board meetings are open to the public and are held the fourth Thursday of each month at 2 p.m. (time and location of the meetings may change periodically). Location and/or changes are posted one week prior to the meeting at the front entrance of ACHA’s main administrative office located at 7190 Colorado Boulevard, Commerce City, 80022 or can be obtained by calling (303) 227-2075.
