REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #08033 – Real Estate Services The Adams County Housing Authority (ACHA), located at 7190 Colorado Blvd., Commerce City, Colorado is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified Colorado licensed real estate brokers through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Proposals must demonstrate in detail how the respondent intends to provide the required services in a manner that will result in the successful and timely completion of respondent’s proposed plan to pre-lease and lease a new mixed-use building incorporating the ACHA’s Corporate Office.
